Abstract
In the given article we have reviewed problems and prospective which are currently real in human resource management in the field of higher education in Kazakhstan. One such problem is the necessity to design and implement a new model of HRM in Universities with new criteria for selection, development and evaluation of teaching staff in accordance with modern requirements.
