Abstract
In this article I offer a psychological analysis of existing theories of leadership. At present there are generally nine theories of leadership listed in psychology literature. I will use the psychological characteristic of these nine theories to analyse the political styles of leadership of Margaret Thatcher and of Abraham Lincoln as portrayed in two recent films: Iron Lady and Lincoln.
